Repair Angel is a repair management software platform operated by Senselifting B.V., registered in the Netherlands. Questions about this policy: privacy@repairangel.nl

• Account data — name, email address, company name and role when you register.
• Usage data — pages visited, features used, session duration (analytics cookies, only with your consent).
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, device type, time zone — used for security and fraud prevention.
• Communication data — emails, support tickets and chat messages you send us.

• To provide and improve the Repair Angel platform.
• To send transactional emails (invoices, password resets, service notifications).
• To detect and prevent fraud or abuse.
• To comply with legal obligations under Dutch and EU law.

We process your data on the basis of: contract performance (to deliver the service), legitimate interest (security, fraud prevention) and consent (analytics cookies). You may withdraw consent at any time.

We do not sell your data. We share data only with sub-processors necessary to run the platform (hosting, email delivery, analytics) under strict data processing agreements. All processors are EU-based or EU-GDPR compliant.

• Right to data portability (receive your data in a machine-readable format).
• Right to restrict or object to processing.
• Right to withdraw consent at any time.
• Right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch DPA (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

We retain account data for the duration of your subscription plus 2 years for legal purposes. Analytics data is retained for 13 months. You can request deletion at any time.
