Terms of Service

By creating an account or using the Repair Angel platform you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Repair Angel provides cloud-based repair management software on a subscription basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice.

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must not share your credentials or allow unauthorized access.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
• All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
• Refunds are at our discretion; failed payments may result in service suspension.
• You may cancel at any time; your subscription remains active until the end of the billing period.

• Do not use the platform to store or transmit unlawful content.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our infrastructure.
• Do not reverse-engineer, copy or resell the software.
• Do not use the API in a way that degrades performance for other users.

You own your data. We process it only to provide the service. On cancellation you can export your data within 30 days; after that it will be deleted from our systems.

The platform is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Repair Angel is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amounts paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the Netherlands.
